Job Responsibilities
Technical Support:
• Setup and Configuration: Install, standardize, and deploy business software and systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, project management tools, etc.).
• Patch and Version Management: Schedule and perform business software and systems changes, updates, and upgrades with minimal impact to daily operations.
• Auditing and Testing: Review and confirm business software and systems changes, updates, and upgrades with vendors and/or internal teams.
• Integration and Automation: Manage business software and systems integrations with other applications and ensure seamless data flow through APIs and automation tools.
• User Access Management: Manage user accounts, permissions, and security roles for business software and systems.
• End User Support: Provide support for business software and systems related incidents and inquiries.
• Training: Facilitate access and navigation training for new and existing employees on new and existing business software and systems.
Maintenance and Operations:
• Product Maintenance: Monitor business software and systems performance and availability, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate fixes or upgrades with vendors and/or internal teams.
• Software Assessment: Review functionality of current business software and systems to measure effectiveness and identify training or improvement opportunities.
• Technology Evaluation: Assess new products and tools that support organizational growth, integration, and automation.
• Processes and Policies: Develop processes and policies for requesting, evaluating, and implementing new business software and systems.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of business software and systems configurations, training, and troubleshooting guides.
Collaboration and Support:
• Work closely with IT infrastructure lead to ensure reliable business software and systems performance and availability.
• Work closely with Business Analytics team to facilitate business software and systems data availability.
• Collaborate with vendors and/or internal teams to implement business software and systems enhancements, features, and upgrades.
• Participate in workflow reviews to streamline processes through software and systems reeducation, integration, and automation.
• Support audits and compliance efforts by providing business software and systems documentation.
Qualifications
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to relay technical information to non-technical users.
• Strong communication skills to bridge the gap between technical teams and business end users and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities to troubleshoot and problem solve technical issues.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience in business software and systems administration supporting enterprise-level business applications.
• Experience assessing and implementing business software and systems, including APIs and automation tools.
• Experience creating standardized organization processes and policies.
• Direct experience with Deltek ComputerEase required.
