Job Summary

This is an on-site position in Bensalem, PA. The Marketing Manager will report directly to the Vice President of Marketing and will work closely with marketing and communications leads, senior leadership and colleagues throughout the organization.

To be successful in this role, you will have experience in market research, strategy development, execution and evaluation. You are an experienced and versatile marketer who knows how to drive successful marketing campaigns. You have experience developing multichannel marketing campaigns and generating leads.

Job Responsibilities

Marketing Campaigns

  • Gather and analyze customer and market insights, consumer trends, market analysis and marketing best practices to build successful strategies that lead to increased conversion and qualified leads
  • Establish positioning, identify target audiences and lead strategy development and execution with specific objectives across different channels and segments
  • Conceptualize and execute multichannel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring alignment of communications and messaging across channels
  • Deploy successful marketing campaigns from ideation to execution, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration
  • Experiment with organic and paid acquisition channels such as content creation, content curation, pay-per-click campaigns, event management, publicity, lead generation campaigns and performance analysis
  • Create engaging and informative content for the website, blog, social media, advertising and any other content marketing channels the business may leverage
  • Develop and implement email and advertising campaigns
  • Help develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications, including print, digital and video assets
  • Ensure marketing initiatives align with business development and communications initiatives
  • Build sustainable relationships and partnerships with media, external agencies and vendors
  • Create, maintain and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics
  • Achieve financial objectives by preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances and initiating corrective actions
  • Lead a team of marketing professionals and interns

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools; HubSpot preferred
  • Proven success in developing marketing plans and campaigns
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing databases, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends, SEMRush, etc.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong project management, multitasking and decision-making skills
  • Metrics-driven marketing mindset with an eye for creativity
  • Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels and branding
  • Superb leadership, communication and collaboration abilities
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience setting up and optimizing Google Ads campaigns
  • A sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing
  • Working knowledge of ad-serving tools
  • Experience setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on major search engines
  • Experience creating and maintaining client relationships
  • Coaching and team development experience
  • Self-motivated yet customer-focused
  • Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis
  • Familiar with financial planning and strategy
