Job Summary
This is an on-site position in Bensalem, PA. The Marketing Manager will report directly to the Vice President of Marketing and will work closely with marketing and communications leads, senior leadership, and colleagues throughout the organization. To be successful in this role, you will have experience in market research, strategy development, execution, and evaluation. You are an experienced and versatile marketer who know show to drive successful marketing campaigns. You have experience developing multichannel marketing campaigns and generating leads. Job Responsibilities
Marketing Campaigns
• Gathers and analyzes customer and market insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies that lead to increased conversion and qualified leads
• Establishes positioning, identifies target audiences, and leads strategy development and execution with specific objectives across different channels and segments
• Conceptualize and execute on multichannel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring alignment of communications and messaging across channels
• Deploys successful marketing campaigns from ideation to execution, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration
• Experiments with organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, lead generation campaigns, and performance analysis
• Creates engaging and informative content for the website, blog, social media, advertising, and any other content marketing channels that the business might leverage
• Develops and implements email and advertising campaigns
• Helps develop creative briefs and guides creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets
• Ensures marketing initiatives align with business development and communications initiatives
• Builds sustainable relationships and partnerships with media, external agencies, and vendors
• Creates, maintains, and conducts analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extracts key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics
• Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions
• Leads a team of marketing professionals and interns
Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field
• Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools; HubSpot preferred
• Proven success in developing marketing plans and campaigns
• Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
• Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends, SEMRush, etc.)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
• Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity
• Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding
• Superb leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Ad campaigns
• A sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication
• Proven working experience in digital marketing
• Working knowledge of ad serving tools
• Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines
• Creating and maintaining client relationships
• Coaching and subordinate involvement
• Self-motivated yet customer-focused
• Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis
• Familiar with financial planning and strategy
