Preserving a Philadelphia Landmark

Founded in 1752 by Benjamin Franklin and his fellow firefighters, The Philadelphia Contributionship is the oldest property insurance company in the United States and an important part of the city’s architectural legacy.

Craftsmanship Rooted in Restoration

EDA Contractors’ Historical Restoration team completed a new slate and sheet metal roofing system, including copper standing seam panels, flashing and a roof vent. The team’s attention to detail and specialized craftsmanship helped preserve the character of this historic landmark while supporting its long-term performance.
