EDA Contractors Hosts 5th Annual PACT Wellness Fair

EDA Contractors’ 5th Annual PACT Wellness Fair brought employees and community partners together to connect with resources and reinforce a simple message: support is here when it’s needed.

EDA Contractors welcomed employees and community partners to its Bensalem shop for the 5th Annual PACT Wellness Fair, a day focused on connection, education and support.

PACT, which stands for Personal Accountability Changes Today, began as an effort to help employees facing substance use or mental health challenges. It has grown into an important part of EDA’s commitment to creating a workplace where people can ask for help and find support without fear of judgment.

The fair brought together health and wellness providers, community organizations, and EDA Cares partners. Through conversations and shared resources, attendees had the opportunity to learn more about support available to individuals and families affected by substance use and mental health challenges.

Events like the Wellness Fair help make difficult conversations easier to start. Substance use disorder is a health condition, and people experiencing it deserve compassion, understanding and access to support. When employers and community partners work together, they can help reduce stigma and make it easier for people to take the next step toward help.

The fair reflects a belief at the heart of PACT: no one should have to face a difficult moment alone. EDA is grateful to the organizations, providers, speakers, and employees who contributed their time and care to the event.

Through PACT and continued community partnerships, EDA Contractors remains committed to supporting the well-being of the people behind the work.
