Restoring a historic structure is no small feat, especially when it comes to a landmark as iconic as the Hoboken Ferry Terminal. Originally built in 1907, a project like this takes precision, care, and the right team behind the work.

That’s exactly what’s happening now at EDA’s Ewing facility, where select pieces of the Hoboken Ferry Terminal have arrived for inspection. Together with the building’s architects, GC Hunter Roberts, and members of the historic society, our experts at BBCI, an EDA company, are evaluating each component to determine what can be preserved, what needs repair, and what should be newly fabricated.

From crafting new molds to repairing aged copper with time-honored techniques, our team is proud to play a part in preserving this piece of New Jersey history. The Hoboken Ferry Terminal has stood the test of time, and we’re honored to help ensure it continues to do so for generations to come.
