William “Bill” Wessell is a strategic Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) executive with more than 20 years of progressive leadership experience. Throughout his career, he has helped organizations strengthen compliance, reduce operational risk, and build a culture of safety across manufacturing, chemical, laboratory, construction, and multi-site industrial environments.

One of Bill’s greatest strengths is his ability to listen. As a clear and straightforward communicator, he makes it a priority to understand others before seeking to be understood.

Zach Szumigala began his professional career selling electric vehicles for Tesla before entering the construction industry in May 2023. Since then, he has gained experience in steep- and low-slope roofing applications. In his previous role, he contributed across multiple areas, including estimating, project management, and warehouse operations.

A proud alumnus of Pennsbury High School, Zach was a four-year varsity letter holder in baseball. He continued his education at Chestnut Hill College, where he earned a bachelor of science in business administration and management and a master of science in organizational leadership. During his time at CHC, he played baseball and served as his team’s appointed member of the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC).

Outside of his professional life, Zach enjoys fishing, exercising, cheering on his hometown sports teams (Phillies, Eagles, Flyers, and Sixers), and spending time with family in Pennsylvania and Maine.

Zackary Forest joined EDA Contractors as an assistant project manager in July 2026.

Zack began his career as a mariner after discovering his passion for the field during a seven-day Sea Scout trip in 2014. He went on to train aboard ocean-going ships and spent three years working aboard New York City ferries before returning to college after COVID-19 lockdowns ended to complete his degree at Texas A&M University.

In 2022, Zack joined Tetra Tech RPS as a Project Support Specialist, where he supported regulatory compliance, operations, and management for offshore construction projects. During his time there, he continued to grow his project management skills while building experience in client relations, operations support, and professional development.

Now at EDA, Zack is excited to bring his diverse background, strong work ethic, and eagerness to learn to his role as he continues growing into a successful project manager.
