Tony Melle
Tony Melle has more than 30 years of experience as a carpenter, including over 15 years with EDA. An Air Force veteran and third-generation union man, he has led major projects as a foreman across Delaware, Pennsylvania, New Jersey and New York. In 2017, he was promoted to superintendent and continues to oversee a wide range of projects across multiple regions and scopes.

Vinny Marino joined EDA in 2014 as a shop steward out of the hall and is a third-generation carpenter with more than 20 years of experience in the construction industry. It didn’t take long for him to realize EDA was the place he wanted to call home.
After six months, Vinny was promoted to foreman and held the position for the next four years. During that time, he worked with a multitude of exterior systems.
Vinny graduated from Brookdale Community College with a degree in psychology.

Wesley Blosser
Wesley Blosser is the inventory coordinator at EDA. He originally joined the company in 2021 as a shop driver. Wesley has earned an associate degree in computer technology from Bucks County Community College and recently completed his bachelor's degree in information technology at Peirce College.
In his free time, Wesley enjoys spending time with family and friends. He is a passionate fan of the Phillies, 76ers, and West Virginia Mountaineers and loves traveling, exploring new cultures, and experiencing diverse cuisines.

Will Paquette began his commercial construction career in 2014 with one of the largest glazing shops in the Philadelphia area. He eagerly started his apprenticeship and became a journeyman glazier after completing a rigorous four-year program, earning his associate degree in the process. He then pursued his bachelor’s degree in construction management from Rowan University—all while working full-time and raising a young family.
Will has a keen eye for detail and aims to bring his extensive field knowledge, combined with his education, to offer a unique perspective on the estimating process at EDA.
In his free time, Will loves playing music, staying active, and spending quality time with his wife and three young children.

William Pirolo
William Pirolo is an experienced glazing and fenestration operator with a strong presence across the Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and New York City metropolitan areas. With a background in operations and project management, he has served in key roles including lead estimator and head project manager for organizations such as Glazing Solutions of NYC and D&E Doors and Windows of Lebanon, NJ.
William brings extensive experience in heavy fabrication, specializing in the estimation and management of large-scale, complex glazing systems and metal panel facades. His expertise supports the successful execution of technically demanding projects from planning through completion.
A U.S. Marine, William began his college education while stationed in Southern California at the University of California, Irvine, and later completed his degree at William Paterson University.
Based in Freehold, NJ, William enjoys working on complex architectural glass installations, collaborating with skilled teams, and guiding construction projects through their full lifecycle to the client’s satisfaction.

Zachary Szumigala
Zach Szumigala began his professional career selling electric vehicles for Tesla before entering the construction industry in May 2023. Since then, he has gained experience in steep- and low-slope roofing applications. In his previous role, he contributed across multiple areas, including estimating, project management, and warehouse operations.
A proud alumnus of Pennsbury High School, Zach was a four-year varsity letter holder in baseball. He continued his education at Chestnut Hill College, where he earned a bachelor of science in business administration and management and a master of science in organizational leadership. During his time at CHC, he played baseball and served as his team’s appointed member of the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC).
Outside of his professional life, Zach enjoys fishing, exercising, cheering on his hometown sports teams (Phillies, Eagles, Flyers, and Sixers), and spending time with family in Pennsylvania and Maine.
