Roy Furey
Roy Furey joined EDA in 2015. He is a mechanic and is responsible for maintaining the equipment and automobile fleets for all trades including roofing, carpentry, and masonry. Prior to EDA, Roy worked for one of New Jersey's largest mason contractors for over 30 years.
Outside of work, Roy is a foodie who enjoys relaxing days at the beach and traveling. He has a passion for classic cars, boating, and vacationing with his family.

Ryan Dasch
Ryan Dasch joined EDA in February 2023 as an assistant project manager. He graduated from Penn State Abington in 2016 and brings prior experience managing a variety of business projects and logistics. He looks forward to taking on new challenges and learning from industry leaders.

Ryan DeAngelis
Ryan DeAngelis joined EDA in 2006 as a shop driver and has been a valued member of the EDA team ever since. He currently serves as shop manager, bringing a strong foundation in operations and logistics. Ryan attended La Salle High School and pursued studies at Widener University.
Outside of work, he finds joy in playing the guitar and creating beats.

Ryan Hanf began working with EDA as a project engineer in 2012. He joined full-time in 2015 as an assistant project manager and has since advanced to the role of director of project management. In this position, Ryan oversees operations in the Philadelphia metro region. Ryan brings over a decade of industry experience in project management, focusing on a wide range of exterior scopes including waterproofing and weather barriers, roofing and sheet metal, and various cladding assemblies.
Ryan holds a bachelor's degree in construction management with a minor in foundation design from Philadelphia University, now known as Thomas Jefferson University. He also earned his master's degree in management and leadership from Western Governors University.

Salvador Delgado
Salvador Delgado joined EDA in June 2025 as a project manager. Known for his detail-oriented mindset and collaborative approach, Salvador thrives in fast-paced environments and brings a thoughtful, solutions-driven perspective to every jobsite and client interaction.
Outside of work, Salvador enjoys photography, playing guitar and exploring the city with friends and family.

Sam Naguib
Sam Naguib joined EDA as a senior project manager in 2026, bringing more than 30 years of experience in estimating, supervising and managing complex federal, state and city construction projects. He specializes in historic restoration, public facilities and disaster recovery initiatives.

Sarah Browning joined EDA in 2022 as a human resources assistant and has since been promoted to human resources generalist and then to human resources business partner. Prior to joining EDA, Sarah worked in human resources for a global pharmaceutical wholesaler and then military pre-deployment training. Sarah is also a USMC veteran with eight years of service, serving in both Iraq and Afghanistan.
Sarah received a master of business administration with a concentration in organizational leadership from Wilmington University.

Sarah DeMarco joined EDA as a communications associate in 2024. Scott Weinhardt
With more than 10 years in both payroll and human resources, Scott Weinhardt joined EDA in 2025 as payroll accounting manager. Known for his positive, collaborative spirit and get-it-done mindset, he plays a vital role in ensuring union team members are compensated appropriately. He leads the payroll team by streamlining processes and developing strategies that align with EDA’s finance team.
Outside of work, Scott is a lifelong hockey fanatic—he has been a goalie since childhood and still finds time to hit the ice. He is equally passionate about coaching and can often be found volunteering on a baseball field or at the rink. When he is not in the office or behind the bench, Scott enjoys spending time with his wife and two boys and channeling his inner Tim “The Toolman” Taylor by fixing things up around the house.

Sean Timoney
Sean Timoney joined EDA in 2019 with over 13 years of experience in construction. He spent two years as a union concrete worker, two years as a foreman and four years as a superintendent overseeing large-scale superstructures.
Additionally, he worked as a Superintendent for general contractors overseeing high-profile projects in both Miami and New York City.
