Sierra Lanfranco is the director of safety & operational excellence at EDA, bringing seven years of experience in the utility industry. She began her career as a distribution system operator before advancing into leadership roles across operations and engineering. Throughout her career, she has led training and safety programs and developed asset investment strategies across large service territories.
Sierra earned her degree in mechanical engineering from Boston University. She is passionate about building collaborative, growth-oriented teams and is known for bringing creativity, energy, and enthusiasm to the workplace.
Outside of work, Sierra enjoys exploring the outdoors year-round, oil painting, reading, and spending time with her cats.

Sierra Pospiech joined EDA in 2023 as an estimating administrative assistant before being promoted to estimating coordinator in 2025. In this role, she is tasked with organizing bid documents, managing the calendars for all the estimators, and gathering accurate information regarding the bids to be submitted to clients.
Sierra graduated with a bachelor's degree in management-marketing from Holy Family University.
Outside of work, Sierra enjoys going to concerts and Philadelphia sporting events. She has a passion for photography, whether she's capturing moments with her Canon DSLR or a disposable camera. And when it comes to Taylor Swift, she is the office's biggest Swiftie.

Sofia Ruch joined EDA in 2023 as an accounting assistant. In 2025, she was promoted to accounting associate.

Sophia DiGiovanni
Sophia DiGiovanni is an art and design student at West Chester University with a growing passion for creative problem-solving and visual storytelling. Based in eastern Pennsylvania, Sophia is focused on continuing to learn, refine her skills, and develop as an emerging artist. She is excited to contribute her creativity, fresh perspective, and enthusiasm to EDA while gaining hands-on experience in a professional design environment.

Steve Christina
Steve Christina joined EDA in 2011 and spent 11 years working in the field before transitioning into an assistant project manager role, where he developed the skills necessary for the carpentry division. In 2022, he advanced to a field superintendent role and now oversees projects from a field installation perspective.

Steven Mick
Steven Mick began his career in the building envelope industry as a draftsman at AC Dellovade in Canonsburg, Pennsylvania. After several years working as a towboat mechanic on the Ohio River, he returned to the industry, joining Centria as an architectural designer.
During his time at Centria, Steven advanced through multiple roles of increasing responsibility, including R&D engineering assistant and technical estimator. After earning his bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, he transitioned into the role of product development engineer within the R&D department, contributing to product innovation and technical development.
He later moved into a facilities engineer position at PCC Airfoils, where he focused on facilities and infrastructure initiatives. He was subsequently promoted to 6S/Continuous Improvement coordinator, a role heavily centered on facilities project management, operational efficiency and process improvement.

Steve Racht joined EDA in 2025 with nine years of experience in the preconstruction industry. He previously worked in the Chicago market and has since returned to Philadelphia, where he lives near family and friends.
During that time, he advanced to a senior façade estimator role, handling everything from takeoffs and proposals to in-person client buyouts. He values a collaborative team environment and takes pride in his strong work ethic. Known for his outgoing and approachable personality, Steve brings positive energy to every interaction.

Sunny Patel joined the EDA team in 2019 as an assistant project manager and has since advanced to a project manager role. In this position, he has expanded his management responsibilities by leading his own projects and continuing to grow as a leader for both customers and within EDA.
Sunny earned his master’s in construction management, with a minor in sustainable development, from Thomas Jefferson University. He also holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.

Tara Green
Tara Green joins EDA as a certified payroll specialist, bringing over 25 years of expertise in corporate accounting. Tara is passionate about tackling forensic accounting challenges and thrives on solving complex certified payroll issues. Her dedication and experience make her a valuable asset to the EDA team.

Tasha Tyson
Tasha Tyson joined EDA as a billing specialist in 2023. She has a background in commercial real estate, where she developed strong interpersonal communication skills while working with owners, contractors and tenants. Her communication skills, combined with her experience in accounts payable and knowledge of various accounting systems, make her well suited for this role.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time in her “crafting corner,” where she customizes and creates tumblers and apparel.

Thomas Davis joined EDA Contractors as an estimator in 2025. He earned his bachelor’s degree in construction management from Thomas Jefferson University in 2024 and began his career as an estimator intern. He later advanced to assistant project manager at Hagen Construction, where he gained experience managing RFIs, submittals and change orders.
Thomas brings a proactive mindset, strong communication skills and keen attention to detail to every project.
