With more than 10 years in both payroll and human resources, Scott joined EDA Contractors in 2025 as payroll accounting manager. Known for his positive, collaborative spirit and get-it-done mindset, he plays a vital role in ensuring union team members are compensated appropriately. He leads the payroll team by streamlining processes and developing strategies that align with EDA’s finance team.

Outside of work, Scott is a lifelong hockey fanatic—he has been a goalie since childhood and still finds time to hit the ice. He is equally passionate about coaching and can often be found volunteering on a baseball field or at the rink. When he is not in the office or behind the bench, Scott enjoys spending time with his wife and two boys and channeling his inner Tim“The Toolman”Taylor by fixing things up around the house.

Sean Timoney joined EDA in 2019 with 13+ years of experience in construction. He spent two years as a union concrete worker, two years as a Foreman and four years as a Superintendent overseeing large scale superstructures.

Additionally, he worked as a Superintendent for general contractors overseeing high profile projects in both Miami and New York City.

Shana Joseph is a versatile Operations expert with over a decade of experience in sales and operations, complemented by an academic background in Geology. Known for her self-starting mindset and dedication to excellence, she is passionate about delivering projects with a sustainable and efficient approach, making her an integral part of the team.

Sierra Lanfranco is the Director of Fabrication & Logistics Operations at EDA Contractors. With seven years of experience in the utility industry, she began her career as a distribution system operator before advancing into leadership roles within operations and engineering. She has been responsible for training and safety programs, as well as asset investment strategies across a large service territory. Sierra is passionate about fostering collaborative, growth-oriented teams and brings creativity and enthusiasm to the workplace.

Outside of work, she enjoys exploring the outdoors in all seasons, oil painting, reading, and spending time with her cats.

Sierra Pospiech joined EDA in 2023 as an Estimating Administrative Assistant. In this role, she is tasked with organizing bid documents, managing the calendars for all the estimators, and gathering accurate information regarding the bids to be submitted to clients.

Sierra graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Management-Marketing from Holy Family University.

Outside of her work life, Sierra enjoys going to concerts and Philadelphia sports games. She has a passion for photography, whether she's capturing moments with her Canon DSLR or a disposable camera. And when it comes to Taylor Swift, she is the office's biggest Swiftie.

Steve Christina joined EDA in 2011 and, after11 years of working in the field, he became an Assistant Project Manager where he quickly learned the skills necessary for the Carpentry division. In 2022, he transitioned to a Field Superintendent where he currently manages projects from a field installation aspect.

Steve Racht comes to EDA with nine years of experience in the preconstruction industry. He has worked in the Chicago market and is now back in Philadelphia, where he lives with his family and friends. Over those nine years, he worked his way up to a senior façade estimator position—handling everything from takeoffs and proposals to in-person client buyouts.

He enjoys a collaborative team atmosphere and values hard work. He always enters a room smiling, with an outgoing and approachable personality.

Sunny Patel joined the EDA team in 2019 as Assistant Project Manager. Since then, Sunny has been promoted to Project Manager, a role in which he has expanded his management responsibilities with his own projects and has continued to grow as a leader for our customers and within EDA.

Sunny received his Masters in Construction Management with a minor in Sustainable Development from Thomas Jefferson University. Sunny also received a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Enginering.

Tara Green joins EDA as a Certified Payroll Specialist, bringing over 25 years of expertise in corporate accounting. Tara is passionate about tackling forensic accounting challenges and thrives on solving complex certified payroll issues. Her dedication and experience make her a valuable asset to the EDA team.
