Nicole Braswell
Nicole Braswell joined EDA in 2025 as an Operations Assistant. With a diverse background that spans education, small business ownership, and hands-on project coordination, Nicole brings a uniquely detailed-oriented approach to the Operations team.
Nicole earned her Bachelor's Degree in Secondary Education/English from Holy Family University. She went on to teach high school English, where she developed strong communication, organization, and problem solving skills that continue to guide her professional work today. In addition to her experience in education and administration, Nicole owned and operated a successful furniture restoration business for more than a decade. What began as a hobby quickly grew into a thriving operation known for craftsmanship and customer service.
Outside of work, Nicole enjoys spending time with her three daughters and staying active with creative projects

Patrick Wert
Patrick Wert joined EDA in 2026 as director of fabrication and logistics operations. He brings more than 10 years of operations and leadership experience to the team. Patrick works closely with leadership to streamline operations, strengthen teams, and build scalable systems that support the company’s continued growth.
Outside of work, Patrick enjoys spending time with his family. He is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys fly fishing and hunting.

Paul Becker
Paul joined BBCI, an EDA Company in 2015 and is a Superintendent. He is responsible for the oversight of metal restoration work and the development and administration of an Apprenticeship Program for Historical Restoration. He has proved himself to be an effective leader and communicator as a Foreman, always willing to teach and help everyone. BBCI has doubled its sales volume and looks forward to a growing workforce.

Paul Goldberg
Paul joined EDA in 2010 as an Assistant Project Manager. Paul brings 15+ years of construction experience to assist EDA’s Project Management Department with the design and coordination of EDA’s Exterior Wall Panel and Standing Seam Roof Installations.
He received his LEED Accredited Professional status of 2009 under LEED Version 2.2.
Paul Goldberg graduated from the New Jersey Institute of Technology with a M.S. in Engineering Management, focusing in Project Management and Value Engineering. Prior to NJIT, Paul attended Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey, where he received a B.S. in Environmental Policy, Institutions, and Behavior with a focus in U.S. Environmental and Resource Policy.

Paulo Gutierrez
Paulo Gutierrez brings over 10 years of international and domestic experience in construction and industrial project management. A certified PMP and RMP, he holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical and Industrial Engineering, along with advanced degrees in Project and Construction Management. He has collaborated with leading agencies such as LPC, DOB, DOT, and the Port Authority. Paulo specializes in building envelope solutions, including unitized curtain wall systems, GFRC, and metal cladding systems. Known for his strategic planning, leadership, and stakeholder management, he consistently delivers innovative and efficient solutions that exceed client expectations.

Poorva Atre joined EDA as an Estimating Intern and was recently promoted to full-time Estimator for the Wall Panels division. In this role, her tasks involve coordinating with general contractors, vendors, and manufacturers with managing the project cost.
Poorva received her Bachelors Degree in Architecture from L.S. Raheja School of Architecture, Mumbai in 2016. She also completed her Masters in Construction Management at Thomas Jefferson University in 2024.
Outside of work, Poorva loves travelling and has a passion for painting and creative art. She also is a big fan of music and is a plant mom.

Pranav Patel
Pranav Patel is a detail-oriented and skilled construction management professional with a master’s degree in construction management from New York University. He brings hands-on experience in project management, scheduling, and site supervision, and has successfully led large-scale construction projects while ensuring quality and meeting critical deadlines.
Pranav is proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, Primavera P6, and Microsoft Project. He holds OSHA 30 and SST Supervisor 62 certifications, demonstrating his strong focus on safety and regulatory compliance in the field.

Prashant Abrol
Prashant Abrol joined EDA Contractors in 2025 as an assistant project manager, bringing hands-on experience in building envelope restoration and a strong foundation in civil engineering. A graduate of NYU, Prashant previously worked with the Falcon Group, where he was involved in façade inspections, project coordination, and contractor communications across various restoration projects in New York City.
At EDA, he supports field operations, scheduling, and quality control efforts—working closely with project teams to keep things running smoothly and safely. Known for his attention to detail and proactive mindset, Prashant enjoys finding efficient solutions on and off the job site. Outside of work, he’s passionate about integrating new technologies into construction—a skill he honed through research on drone-based building diagnostics.

Pratik Chavan
Pratik Chavan joined EDA in 2024 as an Estimator in the Roofing & Waterproofing Division. Pratik is a dedicated and results-driven professional with extensive experience in managing project estimates, schedules, budgets, and performance metrics. With a keen eye for identifying risks and implementing effective solutions, he ensures successful project completion. Pratik sees EDA as a significant opportunity to leverage his expertise in project estimation to advance the organization's goals. His responsibilities include analyzing construction drawings, providing accurate material and labor estimates, creating proposals, verifying specifications, and obtaining pricing from contractors and vendors.

Raquel Mora joined EDA in 2024 as an Operations Assistant for BBCI. She plays a key role in supporting the operation team by generating job reports, assisting with project schedules, inventory management, and reviewing and approving accounts payable. Previously, Raquel worked as a financial analyst at another construction company.
Raquel earned her Bachelor's Degree in Business and International Commerce from the Universidad Nacional de Costa Rica.
Born and raised in Costa Rica, she has a passion for coffee and an interest in learning multiple languages. With a love for the mountains and winter season, Raquel dreams of living in the Nordic Mountains one day.

Ray Torphy
Ray Torphy joined EDA in 2010 and worked his way up to Foreman. For the past six years, Ray has been leading the staging division, managing all swing and scaffold work. With 20 years of experience in the Carpenters Union, he brings a wealth of expertise to his role.
Outside of work, Ray is a husband and father of three - two boys and a girl. He is very dedicated sports fans, specifically to the Eagles, Phillies, and 76ers. Ray shares his love of sports with his sons by coaching them in baseball. During his free time, he enjoys getting on the golf course and spending time with friends and family. Ray's taste in music includes old school Hip-Hop/Rap and Country.
