Paul Goldberg
Paul joined EDA in 2010 and brings more than 15 years of construction experience, supporting project management efforts with the design and coordination of exterior wall panel and standing seam roof installations.
He earned his LEED Accredited Professional credential under LEED Version 2.2.
Paul holds a master of science in engineering management from the New Jersey Institute of Technology, with a focus on project management and value engineering. He also earned a bachelor of science in environmental policy, institutions, and behavior from Rutgers, University, with a focus on U.S. environmental and resource policy.

Paulo Gutierrez
Paulo Gutierrez brings more than 10 years of international and domestic experience in construction and industrial project management. A certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Risk Management Professional (RMP), he holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical and industrial engineering, along with advanced degrees in project and construction management.
He has collaborated with leading agencies such as LPC, DOB, DOT, and the Port Authority. Paulo specializes in building envelope solutions, including unitized curtain wall systems, GFRC, and metal cladding systems. Known for his strategic planning, leadership, and stakeholder management, he consistently delivers innovative and efficient solutions that exceed client expectations.

Poorva Atre joined EDA as an estimating intern and was later promoted to a full-time estimator in the wall panels division. In this role, she coordinates with general contractors, vendors, and manufacturers while managing project costs.
She earned her bachelor’s degree in architecture from L.S. Raheja School of Architecture in Mumbai in 2016, and later completed her master’s degree in construction management at Thomas Jefferson University in 2024.
Outside of work, she enjoys traveling and has a passion for painting and creative art. She is also a music enthusiast and a proud plant mom.

Pranav Patel
Pranav Patel is a detail-oriented and skilled construction management professional with a master’s degree in construction management from New York University. He brings hands-on experience in project management, scheduling, and site supervision, and has successfully led large-scale construction projects while ensuring quality and meeting critical deadlines.
Pranav is proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, Primavera P6, and Microsoft Project. He holds OSHA 30 and SST Supervisor 62 certifications, demonstrating his strong focus on safety and regulatory compliance in the field.

Prashant Abrol
Prashant Abrol joined EDA Contractors in 2025 as an assistant project manager, bringing hands-on experience in building envelope restoration and a strong foundation in civil engineering. A graduate of NYU, Prashant previously worked with the Falcon Group, where he was involved in façade inspections, project coordination, and contractor communications across various restoration projects in New York City.
At EDA, he supports field operations, scheduling, and quality control efforts—working closely with project teams to keep things running smoothly and safely. Known for his attention to detail and proactive mindset, Prashant enjoys finding efficient solutions on and off the job site.
Outside of work, he’s passionate about integrating new technologies into construction—a skill he honed through research on drone-based building diagnostics.

Pratik Chavan
Pratik Chavan joined EDA in 2024 as an estimator in the roofing & waterproofing division. Pratik is a dedicated and results-driven professional with extensive experience in managing project estimates, schedules, budgets, and performance metrics. With a keen eye for identifying risks and implementing effective solutions, he ensures successful project completion. Pratik sees EDA as a significant opportunity to leverage his expertise in project estimation to advance the organization's goals. His responsibilities include analyzing construction drawings, providing accurate material and labor estimates, creating proposals, verifying specifications, and obtaining pricing from contractors and vendors.

Ray Torphy
Ray Torphy joined EDA in 2010 and worked his way up to foreman. For the past six years, Ray has been leading the staging division, managing all swing and scaffold work. With 20 years of experience in the Carpenters Union, he brings a wealth of expertise to his role.
Outside of work, Ray is a husband and father of three—two boys and a girl. He is a very dedicated sports fan, specifically to the Eagles, Phillies and 76ers. Ray shares his love of sports with his sons by coaching them in baseball. During his free time, he enjoys getting on the golf course and spending time with friends and family. Ray's taste in music includes old school hip-hop/rap and country.

Rich Cowie
Rich Cowie joined EDA in 2024 as an estimator supporting both the wall panels and roofing divisions. He was raised in New York and began his construction career in Manhattan, where he spent eight years working on high-rise superstructures.
He later relocated to Southern California and contributed to landmark projects such as SoFi Stadium and the award-winning Orange County Museum of Art. With a strong passion for the building envelope, he has built a reputation as a subject matter expert in Division 7 scopes of work.
Outside of work, he enjoys golfing, as well as wine tasting and collecting.

Rob Lovmo joined EDA in 2022 as an estimator in the Wall Panel Division. Since that time, he has been promoted to estimating team lead. At EDA, Rob has secured large exterior envelope contracts for healthcare, higher education, and pharmaceutical projects. He brings over eight years of industry experience in estimating and project management. Rob's prior position involved managing several carpentry trades ranging from rough carpentry to architectural millwork and from field-applied façade cladding to pre-finished panelized exterior walls.
Rob received his bachelor's degree in architecture from Philadelphia University, now known as Thomas Jefferson University.

Ronald Hall
Ronald Hall joined EDA in 2025 as a temporary team member, quickly transitioning into a permanent role in the accounting department. With more than six years of experience in accounting and finance, Ronald brings a strong foundation in financial operations and attention to detail.
Ronald is excited to continue growing in this role and contributing to EDA’s ongoing success.

Rose Harris joined EDA in 2023 as a graphic designer. In 2026, she was promoted to graphic design and brand manager. In this role, Rose thrives on the creative process, blending aesthetics with functionality to deliver designs that not only captivate but also communicate effectively. She believes in the power of design to evoke emotions, inspire action, and leave a lasting impression. While much of her time is spent illustrating rubber ducks and taking artistic photos around the office, she is always seeking fresh challenges and opportunities to expand her creative horizons.
Rose is a graduate of West Chester University, where she received both her bachelor of fine arts degree and a master of business administration.
