Austin Deaver holds a degree in Public Safety & Emergency Management. He previously served as Co-Director of Disaster Services for The Salvation Army's Eastern Territory, where he gained significant experience in emergency response and safety operations. Most recently, Austin led safety initiatives as the Head of Safety for one of Amazon's distribution centers, focusing on ensuring that everyone returns home better than they arrived.
Outside of his professional life, Austin enjoys golfing, exploring new breweries, and spending quality time with his wife and their dog. He is deeply passionate about safety and emergency management, striving to create environments where well-being is the top priority.

Bill Tolbert
Bill Tolbert began his construction career as a draftsman, where he developed a strong desire to learn more about how structures are built. To gain a comprehensive understanding of the process, he held every position in the glazing industry, including fabrication and installation, allowing him to experience every step firsthand.
When he's not working, Bill enjoys playing golf, shooting darts, and riding his Harley.

Bradley Gilmore
Brad Gilmore was hired by EDA Contractors in March 2025 as a senior estimator. He brings over 30 years of experience in exterior systems, including roofing, siding, waterproofing, copper, and slate, spanning both construction and manufacturing estimating. His portfolio includes projects ranging from small canopies to entire manufacturing facilities and stadiums. Brad’s expertise in construction processes and installation requirements, combined with his estimating knowledge, will be a valuable asset to the team.

Brendan Mannix
Brendan Mannix joined EDA in 2019 as Vice President of Finance & IT.
Previously, Mannix worked for Aramark for seven years with his last position as Regional Finance Director for the global food service provider. In this role, he oversaw the east region’s finance and accounting for the roughly $200M portfolio of business.
Mannix received a BA in Business Administration and Finance from Villanova University and an MBA in Corporate Finance from Walden University.



Bret Roberts is the Communications Manager at EDA Contractors. In this role, Bret develops and implements communication strategies, oversees EDA's public relations and social media presence, and manages EDA's internal and external communication channels.
Bret graduated from Jefferson University in 2019 with a bachelor's degree in Graphic Design Communications. He also holds an associate's degree in Multimedia Design from Bucks County Community College.

Brian O’Keefe joined EDA Contractors as a Senior Project Manager in August 2024, arriving with over 16 years of commercial building facade experience. Brian has spent his career specializing in the technical execution of building facades for some of the world’s leading architectural projects, featuring design firms such as Zaha Hadid Architects, Diller Scofidio + Renfro, Kohn Pedersen Fox, and Pei Cobb Freed. Possessing strong technical knowledge, drafting and modeling ability, and hands-on construction experience, Brian uniquely fills the often overlooked transition from design concept to onsite execution. Process-oriented and organized, Brian thrives in his attentiveness towards his project team members by thoughtfully considering their ideas, needs, and opinions throughout construction to guarantee a smooth execution and quality project.
Brian is a graduate of Temple University where he studied Architecture.

Brian Torphy
Brian Torphy joined EDA in 2008. He is the Metal Fabrication Foreman, overseeing the metal fabrication department, trim division install department, and carpentry service division. Brian brings over 18 years of experience in the carpenters union as well four years in the United States Coast Guard.
Outside of his professional career, Brian enjoys playing golf and running to maintain his fitness. He also takes great joy in watching his children play sports.

Who is your hero?
My wife, Colleen, because she selflessly put her career on hold for our children.

Carl Turner
Carl Turner is an accomplished operations and project management leader with a global career spanning the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom. Born in England, he brings more than two decades of experience driving efficiency, quality, and performance across steel fabrication, modular construction, and manufacturing environments. Known for his hands-on leadership style, Carl has served in key executive and management roles—most recently as vice president of operations—where he has led high-performing teams, optimized workflows, and delivered complex projects safely, on time, and within budget.
Beyond his professional expertise, Carl is an artist, a passionate car enthusiast, and a dedicated “professional DIYer” who thrives on building and creating. He values time with his family and enjoys life at home with his two dogs. His blend of technical mastery, creative thinking, and people-first leadership continues to define his success both in and outside of work.

Chris Brady is a Marketing Specialist at EDA Contractors. He is a dynamic, results-driven professional with experience in various industries on both the in-house and agency side. Chris has successfully managed marketing and communications projects for companies in high technology, gaming, fintech, SaaS, logistics, real estate development, public television, sports, and more. At EDA, he will be responsible for developing and executing strategies across EDA's marketing channels, collaborating with teams throughout the organization.
An extroverted relationship builder and passionate marketer, Chris is also an avid Philadelphia sports fan. He graduated from the University of Central Florida with a bachelor's degree in Advertising/Public Relations and a minor in Spanish. During Spring 2020, Chris spent a semester studying at IE University in Madrid, Spain.

Chris Farraday
Chris Farraday has joined EDA as Senior Project Engineer. Chris began his career in the glass industry in 1986 as a draftsman for Spear Window and Glass in Baltimore, MD. Over time, his responsibilities expanded to include estimating and project management. He thrives on helping others troubleshoot and find solutions to challenges. In his new role with EDA, Chris will be stepping back from project management to focus on the engineering side of the glass and glazing division.
