Joining EDA Contractors in November 2025, Kevin Noone brought with him more than 20 years of specialized experience in commercial pharma and industrial building sectors. As a senior project manager, Kevin is known for his keen attention to detail, collaborative approach, and ability to manage complex, high-stakes projects. His extensive background in both construction management and client relations enables him to deliver tailored solutions that meet the unique demands of each project.

Kevin thrives in fast-paced environments where precision and adaptability are critical. His thoughtful, solutions-driven approach ensures that projects not only meet but exceed client expectations, while his leadership fosters a culture of teamwork and efficiency on every jobsite. Whether coordinating with subcontractors or engaging directly with clients, Kevin is committed to driving project success from conception through completion.

Kevin Smith began his career as a carpenter in 2005 and spent more than a decade serving as a foreman. Kevin joined EDA as general foreman in 2018, where he oversaw the company’s largest project to date at Newark Airport. He later stepped into the role of lead superintendent, leading a variety of projects, including Temple Paley Hall, UPenn Stuart Weitzman Hall and Paul Robeson Charter School.

In October 2025, Kevin was promoted to director of PA Operations, where he now oversees operations across the region and continues to drive performance, coordination and field excellence.

Kim Killion joined BBCI, an EDA company, in 2021 as a fire watch. Demonstrating a strong commitment to safety, she quickly advanced to the role of full-time safety coordinator, where she was instrumental in transforming the company’s safety culture. Her efforts shifted the focus from minimal compliance to proactive hazard recognition and solution development.

She was later promoted to regional safety manager at EDA, where she oversaw and mentored safety coordinators, developed and implemented comprehensive safety programs, and enforced safety policies and procedures.

In 2025, Kim was promoted to director of historical restoration operations, where she now leads strategic initiatives and oversees restoration operations across the region.

Kim holds a bachelor’s degree in education from Holy Family University, which laid the foundation for her professional journey.

Outside of her career, Kim enjoys playing sports and cherishes time spent with her family and her beloved fur baby, Nina.

Kirstin Fox joined EDA in 2023 as a business operations analyst. In this role, Kirstin utilizes operations data to evaluate performance and to inform the decision-making process. Prior to joining EDA, Kirstin taught general education courses to adult trade students seeking their associate degrees at Triangle Tech. In addition to her professional pursuits, Kirstin is a published poet and nonfiction/memoir writer. In her free time, she enjoys collecting vinyl, live music, hiking, backpacking, and playing video games.

Kirstin received dual bachelor's degrees in mathematics and philosophy from Bloomsburg University. Following her undergraduate education, Kirstin received her masters of science in data analysis from Slippery Rock University.

Mahdi Ahmadi is a civil and structural engineer with over a decade of experience in diverse engineering fields. His expertise spans the entire construction lifecycle, from initial design and drafting through on-site project completion. He has a proven track record working with concrete, steel, and wood structures.

With several years of experience as a drafter designer in the structural, architectural, and industrial sectors, he possesses a deep understanding of exterior design and cladding, particularly in stone cladding for both private and commercial projects.

He joined EDA in 2024 as a fabrication drafter. He is confident that his skills and experience will contribute to the company’s success while providing opportunities for professional growth. His goal is to leverage his expertise to serve the community and support his family.

Marian Salib-Mosaad returned to EDA as a senior estimator in the wall panels division. She is a structural engineer with more than 12 years of experience working as an estimator. She enjoys winning new work, adding value to the organization, and building strong, lasting relationships with her team.

She originally joined EDA in September 2023 before taking a leave of absence in March. She is a mother of two sons—one who recently completed pre-med studies and another who is a senior in high school.

Marie Alonso is a communications professional with more than 20 years of experience in public relations and media strategies. A former newspaper and magazine journalist, she has supported a variety of Greater Philadelphia region private and nonprofit organizations with extensive experience developing thought leadership and amplifying corporate mission.

Matthew Mortimer joined EDA in August 2025 as the senior contracts manager and legal advisor. In this role, Matt oversees the company’s contract review process and provides legal insight on a broad range of agreements, including subcontracts and vendor contracts. His work ensures that all contractual obligations align with EDA’s operational goals while minimizing legal and financial risk.

An attorney by training, Matt brings a strong foundation in both legal practice and contract management. Prior to joining EDA, he spent several years in private legal practice before transitioning into the insurance industry as a contract manager. This diverse experience allows him to navigate complex legal language and business terms with a practical, solutions-focused approach.
