Eddie DeAngelis has been part of EDA for most of his life, gaining early exposure to the craft, people, and pace of exterior construction. Before transitioning into project management, Eddie worked in the field as a union carpenter from 2019 through 2022, developing a firsthand understanding of jobsite execution and the realities faced by field crews. He joined EDA’s project management team in November 2022 as an assistant project manager and was promoted to project manager in December 2023. As of 2026, he now serves as principal project manager. Eddie approaches his role with a field-informed mindset, focusing on accountability, clear communication, and building systems that support consistent, scalable project delivery.
Outside of work, Eddie is a husband and father. He is a lifelong Manchester United supporter and enjoys attending concerts whenever he can.

Emmanuel Casucci
Emmanuel Casucci joined EDA Contractors in 2025, bringing more than 15 years of construction experience, including a decade as a superintendent in the New York region. He has a strong background in roofing and has managed high-profile projects such as LaGuardia Airport, NYU Kimmel Pavilion, NYU Langone, JFK Airport, and SUNY New Paltz.

Erica Czerniak
Erica Czerniak joined EDA in 2007, serving in various roles including receptionist, accounting assistant and accounting manager. In 2023, she was promoted to director of finance and is responsible for overseeing billing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, collections and banking. She also oversees reporting and analysis to support EDA’s financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and modeling.

Ernie the Duck
Ernie the Duck is the official mascot of EDA Contractors. In this role, Ernie supports company-wide engagement initiatives, makes appearances at job sites and events, and serves as a recognizable symbol of EDA’s culture.
Since waddling onto the scene in 2012, Ernie has become a familiar presence across the organization, helping bring teams together and keep spirits afloat. Known for his positive attitude and ability to keep his ducks in a row, Ernie takes pride in representing EDA’s commitment to being Successful Together.

Ethan Nolan joined EDA Contractors in 2025 as a human resources generalist, bringing a background in corporate recruiting and a strong foundation in organizational psychology. In this role, Ethan is the first point of contact for all things related to HR, benefits, wellness activities, and more.
Before joining EDA, Ethan worked in corporate recruiting, partnering with teams to build strong candidate pipelines and deliver a positive experience for both hiring managers and applicants. His approach is rooted in understanding people, clear communication, and aligning individual potential with organizational needs.

Evette Gross
Evette Gross currently serves as an EDA administrative assistant and on-call receptionist, providing a positive impression to customers, clients, and employees.
Prior to EDA, Evette worked for the Philadelphia Housing Authority for more than 25 years in various roles. She also served as vice president of PHA's local union before retiring in 2008. After retiring, she worked for the School District of Philadelphia as a school police officer and later as an assistant facilitator and trainer responsible for updating police directives.
Evette received a bachelor's degree and an associate degree in business administration from Pierce College.
Outside of work, Evette has many interests. She is a strong believer in holistic health practices and remedies. She loves cooking, volunteering at church, mentoring youth, and setting up various events at church and family functions. She also enjoys traveling abroad and learning about different cultures, including their food, lifestyles and forms of government.

What is one thing not many people know about you?
I was the Vice President of Local 933 for several years while working at the Philadelphia Housing Authority.

If you weren’t in the construction industry, where would you be today?
I would be a volunteer at my church, mentoring youth, and setting up various events.


Gabe Shertz joined EDA in 2025 as a social media coordinator. An emerging communications professional, Gabe specializes in creating engaging content and executing comprehensive social media campaigns to keep communities informed and inspired. Known for his authentic approach, Gabe prides himself on building meaningful connections and fostering genuine dialogue both personally and professionally.
A proud Temple University graduate, Gabe earned his bachelor's degree in public relations. He looks forward to contributing his skills and enthusiasm to EDA's growing digital presence.

Giovanni Parlato
Giovanni Parlato brings more than 35 years of experience in construction management within the glass and metal glazing industry. His expertise includes project management, estimating, computer systems and production planning in diversified, dynamic environments.
He demonstrates success in identifying problems, recommending action plans and executing innovative solutions that drive increased productivity and revenue. His strengths include exceptional organizational and communication skills, along with strong leadership and a high level of integrity and professionalism.

Ivan Salgado
Ivan Salgado joined EDA in February 2026 as an assistant project manager. He is an experienced construction professional with a strong background in project coordination and on-site safety.
Ivan has held roles as an assistant project manager and site safety manager, supporting field operations through scheduling, documentation, coordination, and safety compliance. He brings a proactive mindset, clear communication, and a positive, team-first attitude to every project he supports.

Ivelina Vodenicharova joined EDA Contractors in 2023 as a senior project manager and has since been promoted to principal project manager. She brings 10 years of experience in the construction industry, with a background in both high-end residential and commercial projects.
In her previous role at a glass and metal company, she managed and mentored diverse, multidiscipline projects from early planning through construction across a range of private and public sector work. Through strong communication and hands-on team involvement, she takes ownership of each project and ensures all elements are delivered on time and within budget.
She is known for her upbeat and positive attitude and her willingness to support her team. She takes pride in her work and embraces new challenges. Outside of work, she and her husband enjoy traveling, spending time with family, and playing racquetball on weekends.

Jabran Raza
Jabran Raza joins EDA with strong field leadership, keen attention to detail, a proactive approach to job site safety and a proven track record of successfully completing projects. He is a construction superintendent with more than 10 years of experience across New York City and holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering/construction management.
Jabran has built a well-rounded background through roles in project coordination, estimating and assistant project management. For the past nine years, he has served as a superintendent, leading field operations, coordinating trades and ensuring projects are completed on schedule and to the highest quality.

Jacklyn Isasi
Jacklyn Isasi joined EDA in 2021 to oversee marketing, communications and brand. Jacklyn’s prior experience and background covers marketing, internal and external communications, strategy development, digital and social media, public relations, media relations, branding, and thought leadership. Jacklyn is a published author and has presented at national and international conferences.
Prior to EDA, Jacklyn worked for AARP, the nation’s largest nonprofit, nonpartisan organization, for nearly 16 years. She has also worked at Rutgers University, one of the nation’s leading public research universities, on two federally funded research grant projects. Jacklyn is a graduate of Rutgers University where she received her master's degree in communication and information studies.
