James Eubanks brings more than 35 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry, with the majority of his career focused on residential and commercial roofing projects. Over the years, he has developed extensive knowledge in all phases of roofing operations, project coordination, job-site management, safety compliance, scheduling, customer relations and quality control.

In addition to owning and operating his own construction company, James has served in supervisory and project management roles where he managed subcontractors, coordinated crews, oversaw production schedules and ensured projects were completed efficiently and to high standards. His experience has allowed him to build strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills while working in fast-paced construction environments.

Jason Janda joined EDA as a safety coordinator in September 2025. He comes from a restaurant and retail background and looks forward to learning new skills in his career at EDA.

In his personal life, Jason enjoys watching the Eagles, Phillies, and Flyers. He also likes gaming, listening to all genres of music, exercising, and spending time with his family, friends, and his dog, Jax. Whenever there’s a nice summer day, you can find Jason either on the golf course or at the beach.

Jason Merlo joined the EDA team in August 2018 as project manager. Since then, Jason has been promoted to the position of director of project management, overseeing EDA's project managers and assistant project managers in the NY/NJ region. Jason brings more than 10 years of experience in the project management field, having held roles as assistant project manager, project manager, and quality control manager in a wide array of specializations.

Jason received a bachelor's degree in architectural studies with a concentration in construction management from Philadelphia University, now known as Thomas Jefferson University.

Outside of professional pursuits, Jason is a professional arm wrestler around the 200-pound category, pursuing the sport at its highest levels since he first started in 2015. He currently holds top-ten rankings in both the right- and left-handed categories in North America within his weight class.

Jason is also an avid outdoorsman who enjoys bike riding and being around water. Fishing is one of his longtime passions that he now shares with his daughter. Jason loves animals and has two dogs that were rescued from Georgia and Missouri.

Jeffrey Snyder joined EDA in October 2025 as a human resources business partner. He brings with him more than 20 years of experience in this space. Jeff enjoys supporting the field management teams with his broad knowledge of human resources and collaborating with all employees at EDA.

In his free time, he enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends. Jeff also enjoys learning new things and is always willing to help. He is known for his upbeat, positive attitude and is rarely seen without a smile.

Jenifer Steward joined EDA as an estimating assistant in 2024. She brings more than 20 years of administrative experience, with exemplary organizational skills and strong attention to detail. She is proficient in calendar management and project execution and is committed to driving productivity and collaboration across the team.

Jennifer's journey with EDA began in 2013 when she joined as an estimating assistant. In this role, she supported the estimating team by printing plans and specifications, developing procedures, and gaining experience in the construction industry.

In 2020, Jennifer was promoted to service manager, where she honed new skills and continued her professional development within EDA. By 2024, her dedication and growth led to her promotion to project manager of the service department.

A proud alumna of Bensalem High School, Jennifer furthered her education through online construction courses at Bucks County Community College, where she earned certificates of completion. Demonstrating her commitment to continuous learning, she also participated in EDA's in-house estimating and project management courses.

Beyond her professional pursuits, Jennifer contributes to her community by working at a local tax office during the busy tax season. She balances her career with her role as a mother who cherishes time with her loved ones. She looks forward to her family's annual Super Bowl retreat to the mountains and enjoys summer trips to the shore. Jennifer also participates in golf outings that support charitable causes close to the heart.

Jennipher Santana joined EDA Contractors in January 2026 as an accounts payable clerk. She is a graduate of West Chester University, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice. With six years of experience as a bookkeeper, Jennipher brings a strong business-focused background and a keen attention to detail to EDA’s accounting team. She is excited to meet her colleagues and contribute to the continued success of the department and the EDA team.

Outside of work, Jennipher is a proud mother of three boys.

Jennifer McKenna is a driven project management professional, proud mother of three, and someone who leads with resilience, heart, and determination. Throughout her career in the construction industry, she has built a reputation for being dependable, collaborative, and solution-oriented, balancing leadership with a hands-on approach and a strong commitment to her teams and clients.

Jenny's personal experiences, including navigating a challenging health journey, have deepened her appreciation for family, perspective, and the importance of showing up for others. She believes success is measured not only by accomplishments, but by how you treat people along the way.

Grounded in compassion, hard work, and authenticity, Jenny strives to make a positive impact both professionally and personally every day.

Jessica DiLeo joined EDA in 2022 and specializes in prequalification, estimating operations and bid strategy. She serves as the dedicated prequalification lead, managing all general contractors (GC) and state prequalifications to ensure accurate, compliant and timely submissions. In addition, Jessica oversees the estimating support team, maintains critical compliance documentation and supports bid planning and execution from opportunity review through project award. She also plays an active role in business development by evaluating opportunities, strengthening GC relationships and aligning pursuits with EDA’s growth strategy.

Jessica Ferrau joined EDA in 2023 as executive assistant to the chief operating officer. With a background in higher education, fundraising, and retail, her expertise includes customer relations, communications, event planning, and organizational skills.

Jessica graduated from Bryn Athyn College with a bachelor's degree in business management and psychology.
