Jacklyn Isasi joined EDA in 2021 to oversee Marketing, Communications and Brand. Jacklyn’s prior experience and background covers marketing, internal and external communications, strategy development, digital and social media, public relations, media relations, branding, and thought leadership. Jacklyn is a published author and has presented at national and international conferences. Prior to EDA, Jacklyn worked for AARP, the nation’s largest nonprofit, nonpartisan organization, for nearly 16 years. She has also worked at Rutgers University, one of the nation’s leading public research universities, on two federally funded research grant projects. Jacklyn is a graduate of Rutgers University where she received her Masters Degree in Communication and Information Studies.

Jason Janda joined EDA as a safety coordinator in September 2025. He comes from a restaurant and retail background and looks forward to learning new skills in his career at EDA.

In his personal life, Jason enjoys watching the Eagles, Phillies, and Flyers. He also likes gaming, listening to all genres of music, exercising, and spending time with his family, friends, and his dog, Jax. Whenever there’s a nice summer day, you can find Jason either on the golf course or at the beach.

Jason Merlo joined the EDA team in August of 2018 as Project Manager. Since then, Jason has ascended to the position of Director of Project Management, overseeing EDA's Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers in the NY/NJ region. Jason brings ten years of experience in the project management field, having held roles as assistant project manager, project manager, and quality control manager in a wide array of specializations.

Jason recieved a Bachelor's Degree in Architectural Studies with a concentration in Construction Management from Philadelphia University, now known as Thomas Jefferson University.

Outside of professional pursuits, Jason is a professional armwrestler around the 200lb category, pursuing the sport at its highest levels since he first started in 2015. He currently holds top-ten rankings in both the right and left-handed categories in North America within his weight class. Jason is also an avid outdoorsman who enjoys bike riding and being around water. Fising is one of his long-time passions that he now shares with his daughter. Jason loves animals and has two dogs that were rescued from Georgia and Missouri.

Jeff joined EDA in 2016 as an estimator and took on additional responsibilities as a project manager, focusing primarily on panels and the EDA Envelope. Prior to joining EDA, Jeff has over 20 years of masonry experience in various roles including VP and Director of Operations, Senior Estimator, Senior Project Manager and Director of Masonry Operations. Additionally, Jeff served as the President of the VA Masonry Council for two terms. In 2022, Jeff Dorneman was promoted to Director of Masonry.

Jeff received his master's degree in civil engineering from Virginia Tech.

Jeffrey Snyder is a human resources professional with 20 years of experience. He joined EDA in October 2025 as a human resources business partner. Jeff enjoys supporting the field management teams with his broad knowledge of human resources and collaborating with all employees at EDA.

In his free time, he enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends. Jeff also enjoys learning new things and is always willing to help. He is known for his upbeat, positive attitude and is rarely seen without a smile.

Jennifer's journey with EDA began in 2013 when she embraced the role of Estimating Assistant. Her initial responsibilities included supporting the estimating team by printing plans and specifications, developing procedures, and engaging herself in the construction industry. This experience was pivotal as she ascended to the role of Service Manager in 2020, where she honed new skills and continued her professional development within EDA. By 2024, Jennifer's dedication and growth culminated in her promotion to Project Manager of the Service Department.

A proud alumna of Bensalem High School, Jennifer furthered her education through online construction courses at Bucks County Community College, where she achieved certificates of completion and her commitment to continuous learning, she participated in EDA's in-house Estimating & Project Management courses. Beyond her professional pursuits, Jennifer contributes to her community by working at a local Tax Office during the bustling tax season. She balances a career with her role as a mother, who cherishes time with her loved ones, looks forward to her family's annual “Super Bowl” retreat up the mountains, and enjoys summer trips to the shore. Her passion extends to the green, where she participates in golf outings for charity causes close to her heart.

Jennipher Santana joined EDA Contractors in January 2026 as an Accounts Payable Clerk. She is a graduate of West Chester University, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice. With six years of experience as a bookkeeper, Jennipher brings a strong business-focused background and a keen attention to detail to EDA’s accounting team. She is excited to meet her colleagues and contribute to the continued success of the department and the EDA family.

Outside of work, Jennipher is a proud mother of three boys.

Jessica joined EDA in 2023 as Executive Assistant to the Chief Operating Officer. With a background in higher education, fundraising, and retail, her expertise includes customer relations, communications, event planning, and organizational skills.

Jessica graduated from Bryn Athyn College with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management and Psychology.
